To switch devices, like from your smartphone to your computer,

1. Press the Park button and listen.
2. When the call is parked, the phone will read a unique pickup code, like *802. The pickup code will also be displayed on the screen.
3. On the device you'd like to pick the call up on, dial the pickup code to resume the call.

While your call is on park, the person on the other end of the line will hear your hold music.
